On December 5, located in No. 525, Xianfeng Street, Hongqiao Town, Minhang District, DOBE ? H525 Creative Park officially opened. Wu Donglin (City Industry Department of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Casermatization), Guo Baoqiang (deputy director of Commerce Committee of Minhang District), Jiang Zhongmin (deputy director general of District Administration of Culture Radio Film & TV), Lu Guoqing (Mayor of Hongqiao Town) and other leaders attended the opening ceremony.

        H525 Project is the fifth park developed by Shanghai DOBE Cultural & Creative Industry Development Co., Ltd., and the first project of DOBE in Minhang District. Located in Longbaijinhui of Hongqiao area, only 400 meters away from the Longbaixincun Station of Metro Line 10, the Park is a creation of DOBE’s elaborate project – “Fahua 525 (F525)" creative woods series. Thirty-six enterprises settled in H525 Park, the occupancy rate is 100%.
