• Recruitment Services：

  We unite hundreds of enterprises in our parks and collect their recruitment requirements, to carry out social recruitment and campus recruitment events regularly for cultural and creative industries. We hold the “Joint Job Fair for Cultural, Creative, Sci-Tech, Innovative Enterprises” at least twice a year. Meanwhile, we release information on related websites for companies that have special posts, to help SMEs’ solve the difficulty in recruiting employees.

  
• Employee Exchanges：

  DoBe organizes activities for employees in DoBe parks to have communication and make friends, such as sport meets and white-collar parties in DoBe parks, to provide cultural and creative enterprises’ employees with chances of making friends and having fun.

  
• Pre-employment Training ：

  Guided by Shanghai Coordination Office for Promoting the Development of SMEs, DoBe provides new employees of SMEs with pre-employment training, covering etiquette, customer service and mental health, etc.
