On June 4, a party of 10 including Ying Yong, Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee visited DOBE for investigation. Wang Weiren, Secretary of Changning District Party Committee accompanied the visitors throughout the visit.
Mr. Ying visited DOBE E-manor of Changning, learnt DOBE’s enterprise incubation and support, went to the Park’s enterprises dianping.com and Founder Entrepreneurial Community, and had kind communication with them.
DOBE’s President Jia Bo introduced: “to provide enterprises with better, DOBE developed 7 value-added services. Through years of accumulation and exploration, DOBE also provide services outside its parks, to benefit more cultural, creative, and sci-tech enterprises, and support the industry’s development. Meanwhile, DOBE built China’s first overseas cultural and creative park in Florence, Italy. It has become a window and platform for Chinese enterprises to walk out of China.” Mr. Ying nodded repeatedly to show his recognition.
Long Wei, co-founder of the Park’s enterprise dianping.com demonstrated on the spot how to buy tickets online and pick tickets offline to Mr. Ying, and introduced the Pilot Smart Restaurant, in which “reservation making-dish ordering –bill paying” are integrated and all dining needs can be ordered online directly. Mr. Ying laughed: “dianping.com is great. My daughter also uses it.”
Afterward, Mr. Ying went to the Founder Entrepreneurial Community in DOBE Park, looked into its all-round incubation and services for small and micro enterprises. In 2015, to support small and micro enterprises’ development better, DOBE Park introduced Founder Entrepreneurial Community. Its Chief Dream Officer Wan Lijiang introduced Founder’s features and models to Mr. Ying, saying Founder provides startup entrepreneurs with joint offices and all-round worry-free enterprises services, and selectively makes investment in the entrepreneur teams settled down, to provide their startups with capital. Founder will open 100 stores and become a benchmark entrepreneurial community in Shanghai and even China in 3 years.
