On Dec. 26th, 2014, “Shanghai Cultural and Creative Industry Park” Title Plate Awarding Ceremony was held in Changning District Government. DOBE Group’s DOBE E-manor of Changning and F525 won this title. Shanghai Cultural and Creative Industry Leading Group Office’s Deputy Director Chen Yuehua awarded the title plates in person. 

At the Title Plate Awarding Ceremony, DOBE Group’s President Jia Bo gave a brief report on DOBE’s operation pattern and development situation. Deputy Director Chen praised DOBE Parks’ operation pattern and said the Parks had become more and more important carriers for cultural and creative industry’s development. Mr. Chen also pointed out the key points in the work of the next stage: future cultural and creative industry’s development should be integrated, centralized and horizontal development; the industry’s focus should move to parks, to each park enterprise’s boss; as service and trading platforms, parks should organize inter-enterprise integrated innovation, form a reproducible promotion pattern that platform economy follows parks.
