In the afternoon of July 22, Deputy Mayor Zhou Bo studied Changning DOBE E-Manor and researched the development of “Four News” enterprises in Shanghai. And then "Four News" Enterprise Session was held with dianping.com, spider.com, hujiang.com, Able Electrical, ximalaya.com, ppdai.com, dianrong.com and eastmoney.com present at the session. Li Yaoxin (Director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Casermatilization), Yuan Haiqing (chief engineer) and heads from Shanghai Municipal Development & Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau and Changning People’s Government attended the research and session.
“Four News” was put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth Municipal Party Committee, which focused on the promotion of the development of new technology, new industry, new mode and new business type. The development of “Four News” is an important strategic deployment of the municipal committee as well as the municipal government, playing a key role to drive the creative growth of Shanghai economy and serving as the only road to the transformation and upgrading of industries in Shanghai.
Zhou visited Changning DOBE E-Manor and well-known dianping.com and Lagardere, and then held “Four News” Enterprise Session at Cuide Hall, DOBE Headquarter. At the session, the representatives from “Four News” enterprises reported the development of the enterprises as well as the problems they are facing. Zhou and heads of Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Casermatization, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, Shanghai Finance Service Office, Shanghai Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education offered detailed answers to the issues concerning talent introduction, protection of rights of trademark, policy support and Casermation security.
Zhou concluded that: as an important vehicle for creativity, the creativity parks will try to promote some industry clustering parks oriented by large-size creativity enterprises, which are represented by DOBE Manors.
