On 15 March, dobe315@dobechina.com, the DOBE Email for supervision, was officially put into service and used for receipt of suggestions and complaints from internal staff, customers and relevant personnel. Meanwhile, DOBE’s website and micro blog would publish the email address for supervision.
         DOBE 315 email is set up together by DOBE Supervision Audit Office and Brand Department and managed by the former. It is designed to further improve DOBE’s internal construction and customer service, etc. trough the use of supervision and suggestions from various circles of society. DOBE Supervision Audit Office will regularly log in the email and check mails, as well as conduct thorough investigation on and give timely reply to complaint emails.
