In order to promote high-quality private incubation carriers, stimulate the endogenous innovation power of private enterprises, and bolster the development and growth of the private economy, the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality jointly held the Private Enterprise Technology Incubation Alliance Innovation and Development Forum during the 2023 Pujiang Innovation Forum InnoMatch EXPO on the morning of Sep. 11. At the forum, 50 private incubation carriers, including DoBe, jointly established the Shanghai Private Enterprise Technology Innovation Incubation Alliance.

At the end of 2018, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the Management Measures for Science and Technology Enterprise Incubators to replace the original Measures for the Recognition and Management of Science and Technology Enterprise Incubators, and clearly included innovation spaces and other science and technology entrepreneurial incubation carriers in the incubator management system. As a leading full-value chain service provider in China's cultural and creative industries, DoBe Group has successfully signed contracts with nearly a hundred cultural and creative industrial parks in more than ten cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Xi'an, Hefei, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Xuzhou, and Wuxi, as well as Silicon Valley in the United States and Florence in Italy. So far, a group of excellent cultural and creative enterprises have made their establishment in these parks, realizing industrial agglomeration and a complete business cycle.
