Sep. 21, 2011, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed among the Shanghai DOBE Cultural & Creative Industry Development Co. Ltd, the Shanghai 800 Show Enterprise Management Limited in Jingan District and the Shanghai Jingan District Creative Industry Association. The agreement was initiated by the Shanghai Jingan District Commercial Commission to build the strategic cooperation alliances.
