On Feb. 1, Niu Jun, Deputy Head of the Publicity Department of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Civilization Office of Hangzhou Municipality, visited DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi to investigate the cultural/creative park’s development situation. Xu Deqing, member of the standing committee of Jianggan District Party Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of Jianggan District Party Committee, DoBe Group’s Chief Art Officer Su Rong accompanied the visitors.

Su Rong accompanied Mr. Niu to the sweet-scented Osmanthus woods, DoBe history wall, Dongzan Gymnasium, Fengchi Community Center. Mr. Niu learnt the design, renovation, development and operation of DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi, then visited the park’s enterprises. Leke Unicorn is an enterprise focusing on startup community platform operation. Mr. Niu talked with the company’s person in charge, learnt the company’s development situation, opinions and suggestions about the cultural industry’s development. After learning this company is the operator of Jianggan District’s “100 Talents Plan” startup project, Mr. Niu was very glad. He hoped such platforms could attract more startup projects and talents to settle down in Hangzhou.

At the colloquium, Mr. Niu stressed: “Hangzhou has developed from the West Lake era to the Qiantang River era, from the post-G20 era to the pre-Asian Games era. Hangzhou’s internationalization needs to build large platforms and attract large projects. Today, Hangzhou’s cultural industry is still growing. We welcome brand output and platform reproduction like DoBe, which can drive the development of a group of outstanding cultural, creative, sci-tech, innovative enterprises.”

Su Rong said: “DoBe Group’s going out and bringing in are inseparable from government support. DoBe has rich experience in park construction and management. DoBe is willing to work with the local government, play its role in urban renewal, investment promotion and tax realization.”
