On Dec. 19, wehome LINK Global Business Service Innovation Lab was formally launched in Shanghai. This is a new attempt initiated by DoBe Group to explore park service innovation. After the preliminary project assessment and roadshow, DoBe filtered 7 out of dozens of enterprises as the first batch of in-park service providers: Watson & Band, China Talent Group, Qibao 360, Century Services, Shanghai Yishi IT, Private Office Convenience and SVFIRST, and launched on-site. The 7 enterprises put up their brass plates in the form of building blocks, jointly pushed open the Global Business Service Innovation Lab’s gate.

wehome LINK is a bridge connecting the enterprises and white-collar workers in DoBe parks to external service resources. DoBe gives full play the park platform’s concentration advantage, combines internal and external, explores a business service mode with vitality. It is the first lab in the world to explore business service innovation models in the context of diversified development. DoBe selects service providers according to the common development needs of enterprises in its parks, then during the 3-month experimental stage, let them settle down in the park’s lab space, opens some DoBe park resources to them, let the parks, enterprises and external resources have sufficient communication in 3 months, communicate service, choose cooperation, complete a creative exploration about global business services together. As DoBe Group’s President Jia Bo said: "DoBe wants to shorten the distance between enterprises by exploring the most innovative business operation model, tries to optimize the business service structure, open our park platform, let business service providers in, to create services more suitable for business development and launch them in the world."
It is said the access mechanism for wehome LINK projects covers their suitability for enterprises’ needs, good park service promotion, product innovation, suitability for white-collar workers’ needs, compatibility with the latest policies and trends for cultural, creative, sci-tech and innovative enterprises. Supported by Daning District Government and Changning District Government, at present two DoBe parks respectively in Daning and Changning have become pilot parks. Service providers applied for participation, by invitation or voluntarily. After the preliminary and final project assessments, 7 service providers in 3 categories, i.e. business service, white-collar service, smart park, were selected. They respectively are: Watson & Band, one of China's earliest law partnerships good at business, intellectual property, investment, contract, finance and other legal services; China Talent Group that provides all-round HR services such as personnel recruitment, welfare insurance, labor relationship management, salary and remuneration service, consultation and training; Qibao 360, an online insurance service platform qualified for online insurance sales approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission; Century Services, which focuses on relocation, cleaning, air management and green plant personalization solutions; Shanghai Yishi IT, which provides enterprises with intelligent printing, conference rooms, tea rooms and other technological innovation services; Private Office Convenience, a new vending machine brand; SVFIRST, a cross-border business study tour service provider.
In 3 months, the teams must provide enterprises in the two pilot parks with their own innovative services through the practical and data resources provided by DoBe Group. At the same time, DoBe Group will establish an expert team and project jury, provide corresponding operation and management personnel to participate in coordination, comprehensively assess each team’s service effect in 3 months. Services that have excellent experimental results and get recognized by enterprises will be promoted in all DoBe parks.
