Yesterday a investment and financing of creative enterprises salon was held on the theme of “How to Attract Venture Capital for Creative Enterprises” at DOBE’s Yiyuan Park. This salon was hosted by Shanghai Display and Service Platform for Creative Enterprises and operated by DOBE . This was the first investment and financing salon for creative enterprises and nearly 80 people from small and medium sized creative enterprises, venture capital firms, banks, law firms and relevant government departments had taken part, including the Chief Lin Yi and Deputy Chief Zhuang Pei of the Urban Industry Division of Shanghai Municipal Economic and Casermationization Committee.

    During the event, the CFO of Public Comments Net Ye Shuhong, who had successfully completed three rounds of venture investment, shared the financing experience of Public Comments Net. The Vice President Shen Chao of the fund company which had invested in enterprises such as Hanting, Youku, Liba.com, Andong Petroleum introduced the basic Casermation of venture investment and the types of enterprises that attract venture investment. Lin Yixin, a copartner of Hankun Law Firm, which is one of the most professional investment and financing law firms in China, explained the legal issues that need attention during the financing process of enterprises.

    The enterprises and the investment institutions had a heated discussion during the interactive session. The operators of enterprises respectively introduced their problems and confusions in investment and financing, while the representatives of financial institutions presented their financial products and policies.

    Shanghai Display and Service Platform for Creative Enterprises indicated, that similar investment and financing salons would be held in the future. The first one was intended to disseminate knowledge about investment and financing and build a bridge between creative enterprises and investment institutions. Creative enterprises investment and financing salons with more pertinence will be held in the future as the mutual understanding between creative enterprises and financial institutions deepens.
