On March 3, Shanghai Jing’an District’s Deputy Party Secretary Gu Yunhao and his party visited DoBe E-Manor of Daning to learn the park and enterprises’ development situation.

Mr. Gu and his party first visited the park’s wehome. That day, there was a community activity. White-collar workers were learning to bake cakes. Mr. Gu joined them with great interest. Through communication with the white-collar workers present, Mr. Gu learnt that DoBe is creating a SMART CIRCLE; the park organizes at least two community activities each week; those customized and individualized services are quietly changing the relations between DoBe and the white-collar workers; enterprises and enterprises, white-collar workers and white-collar workers are interconnecting. About this, Mr. Gu nodded repeatedly in agreement.

Then Mr. Gu and his party visited the terrace farm --- an integrated park interaction platform created in use of the park’s roof space to provide rich activities concerning ecological agriculture, environmental protection, energy conservation, participation and experience, recreation and interaction, food and culture. The farm provides vegetable fields according to the clients’ needs. It provides enterprises in the park with exclusive support services, including field management, vegetable garden managers, expert consulting, individualized packaging and fresh delivery, etc.

After the tour of the park, Mr. Gu expressed his new expectations on the park, that is, he hoped the park could develop from spots to areas, radiate its services outside the park, to create a demonstration park in Jing’an District.
