Zhu Songxing, District Head and His Entourage, Deputy Secretary of Minhang District Committee has been visiting the DOBE E-Manor of Qibao in July 19th to investigate the development of industries inside the circle as well as the real needs of the circle and its enterprises.
DOBE E-Manor of Qibao is the upgraded product of Yi Park 3.0 with comprehensive innovation and upgrading in industrial structure, ecological design and matching facilities. In design, 3D design of containers has updated urban office experience to a new and higher level; meanwhile the circle has planned more open and sharing space equipped with Chinese parks of beautiful scenes which makes the circle brighter and more soothing; in matching facilities, climbing wall, basketball stadium, swimming pool have satisfied living experience for white-collar workers outside 8 hours of work. The circle has been awarded as the Practical Training Base for Young Directors of Internet Visual Expression in November, 2015 which will continue to facilitate young directors for the accomplishment of their artistic dreams. Meanwhile, the circle has also build a platform for entrepreneurs to study and exchange ideas which will provide more individualized services.
During their visit, District head Mr.Zhu has fully recognized the industrial positioning and special innovation of the circle. He said, the innovative planning of DOBE E-Manor of Qibao will benefit its neighboring residents, which is helpful to the optimization and upgrading of the whole region other than serve enterprises and white-collar workers in the circle comprehensively, worthy of learning from and appreciation.
Jia Bo, president of DOBE Group has delivered a report on new measures to serve enterprises like the global development plan of DOBE Group, its Smart Circle strategy, and Partner Credit in symposia and seminars. District head Mr.Zhu said, DOBE has made substantial assistance and contribution to cultural and technological innovation enterprises which allow them to grow rapidly in the incubating environment created by DOBE and lay a solid foundation for the regional industrial development, hence becoming an effective power. The government will also provide comprehensive support through policies and services on the basis of the needs of the circle and its enterprises so as to make the development of the circle and its enterprises more stable and more normal.
