Recently, at the invitation of the Headquarters Office of Shibei District Modern Industrial Park of Qingdao, DOBE Group visited AVIC Science and Technology Industrial Park in Shibei District, Qingdao, for investigation. 

AVIC Science and Technology Industrial Park was jointly set up by Shibei District Government and Aviation Industry Corporation of China in 2004. It’s a key science & technology park of Qingdao. In 2009, it was rated as a Municipal Incubator for Science-and-technology Enterprises, and in 2011, it was rated as a National Incubator for Science-and-technology Enterprises. However, after nearly 10 years of development, the park’s carrier, facilities and services can’t meet new industries and entrepreneurs’ development needs any more, which further restricts the park’s development. The park is badly in need of a comprehensive upgrade in park environment and industrial service.

At the beginning of this year, Deputy Head of Shibei District Mr. Jiao Mingwei visited DOBE Group in person for investigation. He was impressed by DOBE’s comfortable and natural park environment, and the innovative service concept of “DOBE 7 Value-added Services”, hoping to introduce DOBE Group’ advanced industrial park design and operational services into Shibei, to take part in the transformation and upgrading of AVIC Science and Technology Industrial Park, and enhance the quality and service ability of Shibei District’s industrial parks.

DOBE is optimistic about the development potential of Qingdao’s cultural and creative industry. Meanwhile, Aviation Industry Corporation of China is a Global 500 company. It has incomparable advantages in the R&D of aviation technology and precision scientific instruments. DOBE Group is willing to cooperate with Aviation Industry Corporation of China, follow the leadership of Shibei District Government, and use the current basis of AVIC Science and Technology Industrial Park, to repackage and position it, create the biggest cultural and technological innovation industrial park of Qingdao, to promote the development and prosperity of cultural and technological industries in Shibei District.
