Accompanied by Wang Huichao, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Municipal Creative Industry Association, Li Chuan, Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of Chengdu Municipal CPC Committee visited Changning Dobe E-Manor in the afternoon of January 17th.

After visiting the E-Manor, Director Li Chuan appreciated the delicate design of the zone and the artful utilization of I-Ching. Both parties deeply communicated with each other after the visit. Wan Lijiang, Deputy President of Dobe, introduced the operation situation, seven major value-added services and future development trend of Dobe to Director Li Chuan, and Director Li Chuan also introduced the development of the cultural and creative industry of Chengdu and the functional area of the cultural and creative industry of the East New Town. Then, both parties discussed about the operation mode, operation management and governmental support of the creative industrial zone.
