"Productivity of Originality - Shanghai New Design Mode Expo", sponsored by the Shanghai Creative Industries Demonstration & Service Platform and as one of the important theme exhibition areas, was held in the Red Mill F Pavilion from Oct. 26 to Nov. 01. Business forms, products, characters and stories represented by 20 industrial modes in Shanghai were selected and presented in the new design mode expo, which enable the participants to have initial understanding of the status of development of the Shanghai creative industry. DOBE MODE was introduced as the new operation mode of the Shanghai Creative Park in the expo.

  Combining the park investment, design, construction, inviting investment, operation and platform integrated services together, DOBE MODE has attracted many outstanding culture creativity enterprises and achieved industrial agglomeration. As for the park operation, DOBE has firstly put forward the operation philosophy of "Operation of the park shall focus upon the operation of industrial chain" to differentiate the operation of the Creative Park from that of the normal office building. Based upon the development requirements of the culture creative industry, the DOBE Cultural & Creative Enterprise Service Center has been developed to provide the Seven Value-added Services to the enterprises in the park, apart from the basic services.
