Zhou Yiping, Special Envoy of South-South Cooperation of the Secretary General of the United Nations and director of UN South-South Cooperation Office has been visiting DOBE E-Manor of Changning on October 20th with He Shouchang, director of Shanghai Promotion Center for City of Design escorting her throughout the whole journey.

Zhou Yiping and his party have visited the circle and entered into enterprises like Fountown and Dianping.com so as to understand more profoundly about the development and needs of these enterprises. Jia Bo, president of DoBe Group has introduced the history of DoBe Group from operation of the circle to the provision of seven value-add services other than basic services to enterprises in the circle and further to the Smart Circle. DoBe has connected online and offline activities for enterprises through establishing service system for these enterprises so as to produce an ecological effect which will make smart companies featuring light capital, small size and high intelligence  develop more successfully.

Zhou Yiping said, "South-South Cooperation is very popular in current international arena and China is also promoting the One Belt and One Road Initiative, which will together make new engines for the development of China's economy. This will need policy guidance as well as enterprises to play their major role in coordination with the State at the same time to reshape the concept of One Belt and One Road and integrate into the international community." Zhou Yiping has given full recognition to the development mode of DoBe and he mentioned that the soft power of culture of a company is of vital importance which can be replicated in its development so as to expand its overseas reputation and influence. And he also believed that DoBe has the potential to become a trans-national enterprise with a development mode of co-construction, co-function and sharing beyond the territorial restrictions.
