On July 1, guided by Henan Provincial Cultural Reform Office, DOBE set up a “Henan Culture Management Personnel Training Base”. Henan Provincial Cultural Reform Office’s Director Xu Huiling and DOBE Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo unveiled the nameplate for the base together. Leaders including He Wenquan, Deputy Head of the Cadre Division of the Publicity Department of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Fang Qixiong, Head of the Cadre Division of the Publicity Department of Henan Provincial Party Committee, Ba Hongtian, Deputy Director of Henan Provincial Cultural Reform Office, attended the inauguration.  

     At the inauguration, Henan Provincial Cultural Reform Office’s Director Xu Huiling made a speech, saying that in 2005, Mr. Li Keqiang, Secretary of Henan Provincial Committee back then, signed a Protocol for Cadre Exchanges between Henan and Shanghai with Shanghai Municipal Party Committee; in 2014, with the support from the Publicity Department of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and DOBE Group, the Publicity Department of Henan Provincial Party Committee selected and sent 9 outstanding young cadres to take temporary posts in Shanghai for training, including 4 cadres who took temporary posts in DOBE Group; with the careful organization and strict training, the 4 cadres systematically learnt the operation and management of cultural and creative industry parks, harvested precious experience in cultural and creative industry parks’ innovative service and enterprise service, played a great part and achieved good results after returning to their own posts. Meanwhile, with the assistance of DOBE Group, entrepreneurial community WORKFACE Zhengzhou Branch was set up and operated effectively, contributed ideas and efforts, offered advice and help for the development and operation of Henan Jade Culture Industrial Park, Kaifeng Song Dynasty Culture Industrial Park, Xuchang Jun Porcelain Culture Industrial Park. After consideration, Henan Provincial Cultural Reform Office gave DOBE Group the title of “Henan Culture Management Personnel Training Base”, to commend DOBE for its contributions to Henan cultural and creative industry’s development in personal training, construction and output.   

     It’s reported that Henan Province’s 2nd batch of 8 outstanding culture management cadres will go to take temporary posts in Shanghai, including one cadre who will take a temporary post in DOBE Group for training.
