On Aug. 10, Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Vice Chairman Wang Jianming, Changning District Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Party Group Secretary Zhao Liandi and other leaders visited DoBe E-Manor of Changning to investigate the younger generation of entrepreneurs and Changning District Young Entrepreneur Fellowship’s organization.
DoBe Chief Art Officer and Cultural & Creative Industry Research Institute’s Head Su Rong first took Wang Jianming and other visitors to have a look around the park, introduced DoBe E-Manor of Changning’s development history, the DoBe Group and the park’s achievements. He specially mentioned that DoBe Group’s party branch is Changning District’s 5-Star Party Organization. As an outstanding party and masses service station, DoBe E-Manor of Changning has always insisted on organizing and participating in all kinds of party building activities to promote the park, community and district’s harmonious construction. The sub-district and the park regularly organize all kinds of community activities that meet white-collar workers’ actual demands. At the colloquium, DoBe Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo discussed Changning District Young Entrepreneur Fellowship’s organization with the visitors. Zhao Liandi introduced the work done by Changning District Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Young Entrepreneur Fellowship since its establishment. She said: “the fellowship is the main front for young entrepreneurs’ ideal and faith education and practice, the main channel for young entrepreneurs’ exchange and cooperation, the main force for public welfare and social responsibilities; it plays an important role in serving and guiding the healthy development of the district’s private enterprises and representative figures in the district’s private economy. In the next step, Changning District Federation of Industry and Commerce will put the spirt of the National Young Private Entrepreneurs’ Ideal and Faith Report into practice, further carry out all kinds of activities, guide young entrepreneurs to be models of patriotism, dedication, law-abiding management, entrepreneurship, innovation and repaying society.
Mr. Wang Jianming fully recognized the achievements of young entrepreneurs in Changning district. He hoped that on the existing good foundation, they could further make use of their advantages, explore, innovate and form more features. He pointed out the Young Entrepreneur Fellowship should serve young people's innovation and entrepreneurship, build platforms and solve problems for them, pay more attention to the cultivation and exploration of non-public enterprises’ young talents, find the path, summarize the rules, integrate resources and optimize the mechanism, constantly set good examples of the younger generation of entrepreneurs, fully inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the old generation of entrepreneurs, guide the younger generation of entrepreneurs to constantly strengthen party building and corporate culture construction.
