On July 30, to thank DOBE Parks’ clients for their accompany and support all the way, the Return Party for DOBE’s 12th Anniversary and CEO Club Activity were held in WE home of Shanghai Marina Club. During the event, WE home was officially inaugurated. More than 80 CEOs and partners of enterprises in DOBE Parks attended this event and witnessed the moment together. 

      

     DOBE President Ms. Chen Xiaoli mentioned in her speech: “over the 12 years, DOBE kept advancing with its own efforts and the support and help from others. So far, it has successfully developed and operated 31 cultural and creative industry parks, served more than 22,000 cultural, creative and sci-tech enterprises in total. In 2015, DOBE launched a new brand WE, and had new exploration and practice for future work patterns. WE brand will not be a simple office brand, but a cross-border new work created by the fusion of architectural design, art, culture, service resources. ‘WE’ represents West & East. It’s a joint creation by eastern and western elites, and a joint creation by DOBE and its clients.”

    During the event, Mr. James Zhu from Shanghai Ultraone Furniture Co., Ltd., Mr. Xie Chunlei from Shanghai A-Four Marketing Planning Co., Ltd., Franke (China) Asia Pacific President John Yen and DOBE President Ms. Chen Xiaoli jointly inaugurated WE”home. As an Exchange and Learning Center that DOBE created for entrepreneurs, WE”home Cuide Academy will be a “Living Room for Enterprises”. It’s located in Shanghai Yacht Club, which is the only inland river marina in Shanghai. Here, DOBE will provide entrepreneurs in DOBE parks and Shanghai cultural and creative industry with more private services. 

    It’s learnt that WE home will combine services with space, break the traditional mode of communication between enterprises, and link them up through services and space. It will launch club facilities and membership services, global services and membership value-added services. Enterprises can enjoy the club’s hardware facilities, global business connections, special customization services, which will bring more diversified all-dimensional value added to them.

I hope in the future, DOBE can use its international resources to bring more chances for group investigations and overseas exchanges to the parks.
