On May 9, a party of 16 including Li Xuejun, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region’s Standing Committee Member of CPC and Publicity Department Head, and other investigation team’s leaders, accompanied by Zhu Zhisong, Deputy Head of Shanghai Municipal Publicity Department and Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Office for Cultural and Creative Industry, visited DOBE for investigation. 

DOBE Group’s President Jia Bo introduced DOBE’s work and achievements in management, operation, and startup support in detail to the investigation team. The investigation team commended DOBE’s achievements in cultural and creative industry park construction and service in recent years, and thought 80% enterprises had real demand for cultural and creative industry parks, and DOBE Pattern was worth learning and drawing lessons from. 

Afterward, both sides actively discussed the development prospect of cultural and creative industry, Xinjiang cultural and creative industry’s development pattern, and other topics, and agreed Xinjiang should construct the industry around the “Silk Road”, make full use of the local cultural and regional advantages; the government should provide capital, HR and other support for the industry’s development, combine park service with enterprises’ demand and development conditions, produce interaction, to form powerful support for the industry’s development and realize the effect of 1+1>2.
