On Dec. 12th, Board Chairman of Zhangjiang Culture Holding, Jin Qi, and President of DOBE Group, Jia Bo, signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park. To fully integrate and use high quality resources and improve the park’s management quality, the two sides reached exchange and cooperation in the management, operating method, and brand promotion of the Cultural and Creative Industrial Park.

Zhangjiang Culture Holding Co., Ltd was established by Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd with an investment of 300 million Yuan in June 2008. As the environment operator, service integrator, and industry developer of the cultural industry in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Zhangjiang Culture Holding adopts group operation, carries out policy concentration, service concentration, industry concentration and talent concentration through unified strategic planning and implementation.

It focuses on digital publishing industry based on the integration of related technological industries, and integrates animation, internet game, new media and other industries into digital publishing industry to guide and encourage the cross-field and cross-industry cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises. The aim is to create a cultural industry center integrating technology, culture and creation, and improve the further development of cultural enterprises by means of building industry service chains such as the service platform, technology platform, investment platform and operation platform.

It is reported that this strategic cooperation is another major strategic step of DOBE after its strategic cooperation with Shanghai Textile Fashion. Before signing the Agreement, DOBE delegation visited Zhangjiang Culture Holding, as well as Shanghai Style Comics Center, Animation Museum, Digital Publishing Center, and Zhangjiang Planning Pavilion, and had corresponding exchanges.
