Huayang Sub district Office of Changning District held the Spiritual Civilization Construction Conference of Huayang Community 2013 in the morning of June 20th and issued the award and certificate of Civilized Unit of Changning District 2011-2012. Shanghai Dobe Cultural and Creative Industrial Development (Group) Co., Ltd. won the title of Civilized Unit of Changning District 2011-2012. Li Zhongxing, Secretary of Work Committee of CPC and Director of Spiritual Civilization Construction Committee of Huayang Community (Sub-district Office) attended the conference and made the speech.

As a new unit winning the title of Civilized Unit of Changning District, Dobe has been engaging in the public welfare undertakings in the past several years. As for the public service, it establishes the Water Content Loving Fund to focus on the education of the youth; it works in pairs with poor students in Huayang Community to assist them in getting access to education; Dobe also organizes a volunteer team to undertake some public welfare activities, such as clothes donation, vegetable for the old and charity sales; in the garden on 2F of Changning Dobe E-Manor, Dobe establishes Above Blossoms, a public and non-profitable organization with Huayang Community, providing a site for the white-collar youth to plan and promote voluntary service.

In the future, Dobe will continue to cooperate with the community to exert advantages of the zone in the interaction and resource sharing and further assume social responsibilities of the enterprise. It will make much more achievements in the construction of the physical civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization.
