Recently, the Establishment Conference of Xuhui District Pioneering Service Alliance and the Award-granting Ceremony of the First Batch of Pioneering Cultivation Bases were held in Caohejing Development Zone. As one of the first batch of pioneering cultivations bases, Xuhui Dobe E-Manor attended the award-granting ceremony. Qiu Chaodong, Director of Shanghai Municipal Employment Promotion Center, Xie Jiangang, Permanent Member of Xuhui District Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Xuhui District, and Gu Guoping, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Employment Promotion Center, were present the conference.

In the conference, the staff of Xuhui District Pioneering Service Alliance declared the Outlines of Xuhui District Pioneering Service Alliance, representatives of members of the alliance exchanged opinions with each other and made speeches, and the award-granting ceremony of the first batch of pioneering cultivation bases of Xuhui District was also held. Altogether 9 zones, such as Xuhui Dobe E-Manor, Technical Pioneering Center of Shanghai Caohejing Development Zone, Shanghai Withub High-tech Pioneering Center and Shanghai Juke Biotech Park, were granted with the award of the first batch of Pioneering Cultivation Base of Xuhui District. Leaders of Shanghai Municipal Employment Promotion Center highly recognized the significance of the pioneering service alliance established by Xuhui District and hoped that the alliance will function as a bridge between the pioneer and the government and as a link between pioneering organizations, and may improve the working mechanism to make important contributions to the economic development and social progress of Xuhui District and Shanghai.
