Creative Shanghai, edited by Shanghai Municipal Creative Industry Association, is recently republished since 2010. Dobe is included in the chapter of Creative Enterprise as a service provider of cultural and creative industry. The article named Assistance to Chinese Innovations mentions the branding concept and creative operation mode of Dobe, and specifically introduces the exclusive seven major value-added services of Dobe.

Creative Shanghai is edited by Shanghai Municipal Creative Industry Association and Cultural and Creative Industry Research Center of Shanghai Theatrical Institute. It was published during the period of Shanghai Expo 2010 and published again in December of 2012. Its creative consultants include Li Wu Wei, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Creative Industry Association, Gong Xuepin, Member of the NPC Standing Committee and former Chairman of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee, and Wang Ronghua, Deputy Chairman of the 10th Shanghai Municipal CPPCC and Executive Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Creative Industry Association. Creative Shanghai consists of six chapters: creative zone, creative figure, creative education, creative enterprise, creative base and creative association, to comprehensively introduce the development of the cultural and creative industry of Shanghai.
