On October 12, 2012, the signing ceremony of Zhaohua Road Project under the cooperation between Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd., and DOBE was held in Cuide Hall of E-Manor. “Zhaohua Road Project” was also the 13th creative park to be developed by DOBE in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region. Wan Lijiang, the vice president of DOBE, presided over the ceremony, and Lu Benqing, the assistant to the director of Shanghai Aerospace Bureau, Zhao Zhengyi, the general manager of Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd., and Jia Bo, president of DOBE attended and delivered their speeches.
Zhaohua Road Project locates at No. 357, Zhaohua Road, adjacent to Yan’an Elevated Road, and belongs to the business district of Zhongshan Park which is the intersection of metro line 2, 3, 4. The project site is formerly Shanghai Broadcast Equipment Factory, one of the civil product manufacturers of Shanghai Aerospace Bureau, is the first and backbone TV and broadcast equipment factory, and the birthplace of the first generation TV receiver of China in 1958. It has promoted the development of China’s aerospace industry, and made outstanding contributions to the independent R&D, the popularity and development of color TV in new China. With the great progress of society, the old plant in Zhaohua Road no longer adapts to the development requirements of Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd. after restructuring. On the urgent need of upgrading and transforming state-owned assets, and the advanced protection awareness for the industrial heritage on the early days of the nation, the company decides to cooperate with DOBE to jointly transform the Zhaohua Road project.

        Jia Bo, the president of DOBE, stated that the Zhaohua Road Project would be very different from other projects of DOBE. The project would propose new topics in the design, positioning, and operation, etc. DOBE had the confidence and ability to transform the Zhaohua Road Project into a new benchmark which not only met the requirements of Shanghai Aerospace Bureau and Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd., but also complied with the Changning District’s positioning for cultural and creative industries of similar parks in Shanghai. In addition, at the signing ceremony, Lu Benqing, the assistant to the director of Shanghai Aerospace Bureau, Zhao Zhengyi, the general manager of Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd., expressed the good wishes and confidence for DOBE to transform the Zhaohua Road Park into a classical cultural and creative park gathering well-known enterprises, combining tradition and fashion, integrating the history and the future with beautiful environment, outstanding cultural creative, and prominent economic benefits.

        Wang Xiaofeng, chief of Service Management Sector, Changning Commission of Commerce, and Hou Minzi, deputy secretary of CPC committee of Huayang Sub-district, also attended the signing ceremony, and witnessed this historic cooperation between Shanghai Sungrow Economic Development Co., Ltd., and DOBE as signatory witnesses.
