In the morning of April 28, President of Shanghai municipal people’s political consultative conference, Feng Guoqin etc. came to the Old Commercial House 1913 of DOBE for inspecting.

        It was known as this visit of Feng Guoqin etc., aimed at inspect the situation of regional economic and social development of Hongkou District, the Old Commercial House 1913 as the first project of Shanghai Music Valley, the key cultural project of Hongkou District, obtained the high attention of the leaders of Shanghai city. After fully considering the regional planning, and local historical and cultural characteristics, combining and taking advantage of the industrial basis, under the construction of DOBE with its greatest efforts, the Old Commercial House 1913 has formed the unique cultural and creative park with the subject of music. Only for 3 months of investment promotion, the occupancy rate has reached 90%, of which the enterprises occupied in music, and digital technology industry accounted for 66.7%, the local registered enterprises and enterprises under the registering accounted for 61.9%, which made contribution to speed up the regional economic and social development.   

 
        Feng Guoqin etc., firstly came to the investment promotion center of the Old Commercial House 1913 to know the basic situation of project, later, visited the quintuple nearing water platform in the park to overlook the whole project of music valley. After listening to the introduction of detailed preparation process of the old commercial house, Feng Guoqin etc., gave their adequate affirmation and emphasized that Hong Kou District should develop the advantage of deep historical and cultural deposits, make efforts on the promotion of culture reform and development to obtain the new breakthrough, and well handle the relationship between cultural development and cultural protection to actively developed the cultural and creative industry.
