On Sep. 6, DoBe Group attended the China International Fair for Trade in Services - 2023 Beijing Forum on China Building Economy. At the forum, DoBe Group was selected in the Top 20 Benchmark Enterprises Index of China Building Economy (Industrial Park). DoBe also won the 2023 Best Operator Award for China's Cultural and Creative Industry Parks. The forum also released the Top 30 Benchmark Urban Areas Index of 2023 China Building Economy (Headquarters Economy), with Pudong New Area in Shanghai, Futian District in Shenzhen, and Chaoyang District in Beijing ranking the top three respectively.

The forum called for promoting the transformation of commercial buildings and industrial parks from being "real estate-oriented" to being "industry-oriented" and making them serve as the "industrial infrastructure". Wei Jianguo, former Vice Minister of Commerce, said that industrial infrastructure includes not only industrial parks and office buildings, but also new industrial elements such as computing centers, industrial funds, technology transfer platforms, and incubators and accelerators. DoBe Group believes that urban renewal is macroscopical and will proceed in a complicated process. Macroscopically, it is a process of enhancing cities from various dimensions such as temperament, attributes, brand, function, and space in response to General Secretary Xi Jinping's call for "high-quality development".
