On Dec. 5, 2018, at the 15^th annual conference of China Forum on the Development of Office Buildings and Industrial Parks, 2018 (15^th) China Real Estate Golden Building Award Ceremony was held grandly. DoBe Beijing City Company’s newly launched Dongfeng & DoBe WE" International Hub and DoBe WE" International Hub @ Longtan in 2018 respectively won “Most Valuable Innovative Service Park of the Year 2018” and “Urban Renewal Landmark Building of the Year 2018”. At the same time, DoBe Beijing City Company’s executive director Chen Bin became an executive member of China Office Research Council of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

DoBe WE" International Hub @ Longtan is DoBe Group’s newly finished old factory building urban renewal project in 2018. Located in the heart of the east 2^nd ring road CBD, the park formerly was Beijing Kinescope Factory. With the relocalization of “non-capital core functions” in Beijing and the demand for developing urban functions, the original business formats need to be updated and released.
