At the beginning of 2016, the world’s first coworking office brand WeWork officially signed a contract to settle down in DOBE’s We International Hub@ Jingan. WeWork Space in WE @ Jingan became the first WeWork space in Chinese market.

      From the second half of 2015, DOBE began to make preparations for cooperation with WeWork. WeWork soon chose WE @ Jingan in DOBE’s international brand WE series. WeWork Space in WE @ Jingan is located on the second and third floors of WE @ Jingan. The total area is over 3,000㎡.

      DOBE WE@ Jingan has famous international business street Nanjing Road (W.) and traditional business center People’s Square of Shanghai on its east, with business district Zhongshan Park of Shanghai on its west. The location is particularly favorable, as the engine of Shanghai’s core business district and linkage of the city’s downtown economy. The project is next to many trunk roads, such as Yanan Overpass, Changde Road, Xinzha Road, Beijing Road (W.), Huashan Road, as well as the intersection of Metro Line No.2 and No.7. WE @ Jingan realized WE brand’s exploration and practice of “ocean office”. WE @ Jingan believes water is the source of life. Water in a building is like blood in the human body. It activates human bodies, as well as souls that keep thinking in the building. At present, WE @ Jingan has introduced not only global famous coworking office brand WeWork, but also other international brands and famous companies, such as Danish designer brand HAY, the world’s largest e-commerce buyer FARFETCH, etc.

      In the future, DOBE WE will work with WeWork to start a new era for coworking office space in China.
