On July 2, an investigation group of 39, formed by representatives of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress and led by Zhu Yanwen, Leader of Changning Representative Group in Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, Director and Leading Party Group Secretary of the Standing Committee of Changning District People's Congress, visited DOBE. 

     The Investigation Group visited dianping.com and Founder Entrepreneurial Community in DOBE E-manor of Changning, learnt their development situation, and investigated their needs in aspects like policy, law and capital in the process of development and construction. 

      After that, the Investigation Group and DOBE had an in-depth exchange colloquia in DOBE Cuide Hall. DOBE Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo introduced the Investigation Group some of DOBE’s new ideas and new measures in developing and serving enterprises against the background of Shanghai constructing an innovation center for science and technology. Speaking of the nationwide implementation of the core national development strategy “public venture and mass innovation”, Jia Bo suggested we learn the development pattern of Silicon Valley in America, actively encourage talent cultivation and introduction, to make Shanghai a freer and more open global innovation base for science and technology. The Investigation Group had an in-depth discussion about DOBE Group’s new ideas, development objectives and innovative services. Mr. Zhu commented that DOBE accumulated lots of experience on the front line of cultural, creative, sci-tech industries, and was worth learning.
