On June 20th, an investigation delegation of 9, including Fujian Hengyi Group’s Vice President Mr. Huang Yun, Vice President of Operations Mr. Ma Shuishou, and Commercial Operation Division’ General Manager Ms. Ni Renxia, visited DOBE Group. Hengyi Group is a large modern corporate group that specializes in a diversity of businesses across different industries and regions, including real estate development, construction, capital investment, mineral resources, fashion, and yacht industries. Currently, it has over 5,000 employees and more than 30 subsidiaries. 

The investigation delegation visited 6 parks of DOBE in Shanghai, which respectively are DOBE House 1913, DOBE Sports LOFT Creative Park, DOBE E-Manor of Daning, DOBE E-Manor of Xuhui, DOBE E-Manor of Changning and Donghu Road Project. They also visited 8 representative enterprises in those parks in high spirits, and praised the industrial concentration and distinctive design orientation of each DOBE park. At last, both sides discussed the problems regarding DOBE operating cultural and creative parks, as well as the parks’ value-added services. During the discussion, both sides discussed the possibility of cooperation in overseas projects. DOBE and Hengyi will further cooperate to promote the development of cultural and creative industry together.
