To learn more about the concept and mode of the development of cultural and creative industrial zone of Shanghai, Shi Shengtian, Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, visited Changning Dobe E-Manor, accompanied by leaders of the Propaganda Department of Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee.

Director Shi Shengtian visited enterprises and units within the zone, such as Edee, Above Blossoms and Aoron Wine Cellar, and deeply communicated with leaders of enterprises. Director Shi fully recognized the overall mode and future development direction of E-Manor and highly appreciated the resource sharing and interactive communication of Changning Dobe E-Manor with the Cultural Center of Huayang Community. He pointed out that the integration mode of “zone to community” is a successful exploration and trial for the creative zone. He hoped that both parties may strengthen the exchange and communication in the future to bring new thoughts to the development of the cultural and creative industry of Xinjiang.
