On October 16, 2012, a delegation consisting of 21 iSTART project entrepreneurs from Casecomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) visited DOBE E-Manor of Changning to investigate the investment and development environment in China for Casermation technology enterprises. The Vice-president of DOBE, Wan Lijiang, personally received the visitors from afar.

         “iSTART”, a support project for established enterprises led by IDA, is designed to promote the commercial survivability of all newly-established local enterprises in Singapore and achieve their business growth.

        As a multi-media industrial park of Shanghai, DOBE E-Manor of Changning is consistently committed to serving and assisting the growth and development of new media enterprises since its establishment in 2011, which is highly affirmed by the society and appreciated by visiting enterprise delegation from countries. During the reception process, the Vice-president of DOBE, Wan Lijiang, made a special introduction to the favorable environment and careful help the parks under DOBE give in the establishment and development of new media enterprises to drive their rapid growth. Many members of Singapore iSTART delegation showed a keen interest in the mode and innovative service of DOBE after listening to the introduction. Companies, including Singapore Koipy, NTUVenture, made substantive contact with related staff of DOBE after the meeting.
