Recently, Jianggan District’s (Hangzhou) Outstanding Enterprises in Cultural and Creative Industries (for 2017) were announced. DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi won the title of Outstanding Enterprise of the Year in Cultural and Creative Industries. It is reported this appraisal to select outstanding enterprises in cultural and creative industries attracted more than 100 enterprises to enter. In the end, 20 outstanding enterprises were selected.
In 2017, Jianggan District’s cultural and creative enterprises carried out courageous exploration and active innovation for the goals of building “a domestic first-rate modern central district” and “the best district of a world-famous city” and made positive contributions to the construction of the modern central district’s industrial system. As a key industrial platform in Jianggan District, DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi serves hundreds of cultural and creative enterprises and actively helps the local government to attract investment and secure tax. In 2017, the park’s tax payment was nearly 15 million Yuan.
DoBe E-Manor of Dongxi is DoBe Group’s first park in Hangzhou. DoBe is a leading service provider dedicated to the development of cultural, creative, sci-tech, innovative enterprises. The park’s main landscape is designed by Mr. Boeri, the famous Italian architect and chief conceptual planner of Expo Milano 2015. This Vertical Forest not only is a cultural and creative park, but also is an unprecedented international internet innovation micro city integrating “innovative enterprises”, “business incubation”, “living and leisure facilities” in the “DoBe Mode” in Hangzhou. Since it formally went into operation in 2016, the park has actively improved all kinds of hardware and software facilities to speed up integration. The industrial atmosphere is becoming stronger. The park has become a new cultural and creative park card for Jianggan District. Leaders from the provincial government of Zhejiang, municipal government of Hangzhou and other places have visited and commended the park many times.
