On March 8, a Women’s Day Communication Party jointly organized by Florence Branch of Associna and Shanghai & Florence - Sino Italian Design Exchange Center was held at Florence Base of Shanghai & Florence - Sino Italian Design Exchange Center constructed by DOBE.

      This event aimed to salute Chinese women engaged in h finance, fashion, cultural exchange, as well as other trades in Tuscany. They have actively blended into the local social system in Italy and made proud economic achievements. Meanwhile as overseas Chinese, they have played decisive roles in promoting Sino-Italian friendship, economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation, etc. Males who served as “green leaves” at the party also are elites from legal, financial and fashion communities. They greeted the ladies with applause and good wishes, and made space on the stage for the beautiful “Goddesses” in cheongsams that night.

      The party made the traditional Chinese dress “cheongsam” its dress code. The DJ show, Zheng performance and tenor vocal performance pushed the entire atmosphere of artistic exchange to the climax. At the party, Zheng player Nie Xin in Florence presented wonderful “Fishermen’s Song at Sunset” and “Farewells at Yangguan Pass”. A tenor from Florence Musicians Associations presented “La Donna e Mobile (Women Are Fickle)”, a song in opera “Rigoletto”. The brilliant programme won cheers and applause from all the guests.

      Florence Base of Shanghai & Florence - Sino Italian Design Exchange Center hand in hand with Associna presented a special night to outstanding Chinese women in Italy, in the hope that they would show more splendid demeanor on the cultural and economic stages between China and Italy.
